In 2018, UNBossed Consulting LLC formed based on community need. Many K-12 students with great promise lacked supportive services to foster their individual ambitions. UNBossed Consulting LLC provides students and their family with a structured program based on students needs and desires. Our services are not reserved for students who rank only in the top 5% of their class. Our services are for students who need to have access in navigating all educational systems. We serve as your individual coach and will work with you in advocating for your child.

Viola Cox-Henry was born Chicago Illinois but grew up and spent most of her adult life in Albuquerque New Mexico. She received her undergraduate degrees from the University of New Mexico where she majored in Organizational Communication and Africana Studies. This formal education provides a unique lens for viewing established education systems is different ways. She is the daughter of a single mother who taught her many lessons but the greatest of these lessons is to be in service of others and your community.
